Come share a special evening with friends and make a meaningful difference at the re-Building Lives Benefit, From Trafficking to Independence
When a group of Women gathered back in the 1930s to share their experiences about living in the Netherlands, The American Women’s Club of The Hague was formed. From our early beginnings, we have made it our mission “to contribute actively to the global community with a specific focus on education, the natural and human environment, multicultural understanding and international goodwill”. Continuing that mission, we proudly present to you this year’s benefit event, re-Building Lives Benefit.
We are very excited to announce our support for Not For Sale, an organization fighting to put an end to modern slavery. They will be the sole beneficiary of all proceeds.
A unique night out
This year’s event will take place at Madurodam, a miniature park that is home to model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks and historical cities!
An evening of fun
The evening will feature a scavenger hunt designed to allow for exploration of the park’s unique replicas, while testing your knowledge of all things Dutch. In addition, there will be music and dancing, a 50/50 cash raffle, and both live and silent auctions, featuring some of our finest local businesses and products.
A dining experience to remember
Enjoy a 3-course dinner while listening to soft music, surrounded by the elegance and charm of this unique venue.
